Talk to our care teamHow long is a part-time care visit?
Our part-time care starts from four-hour visits (4 hours of care per shift, per day). Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for visits less than 4 hours. Care can be arranged from once a week to several times a week, daily or overnight, depending on your needs and routine. Give us a call to discuss on 1300 227 328.
What can a part-time carer help with?
Care can include personal care, meals, mobility, medication prompting, shopping, companionship, light household tasks and other activities of daily living.
Do you provide overnight home care?
Yes. We provide overnight home care for people who need extra support and reassurance during the night. Overnight care can be arranged as part time care daily, a couple times a week, or be part of a more regular weekly care plan, including 24/7 home care.
Will I have the same carers?
Wherever possible, we establish a small, familiar care team so you can get to know and trust the people coming into your home.
Can I increase my care later?
Yes. Your care can be adjusted as your needs change, including moving from part-time support to a higher level of assistance.
